Easiest Ways to Celebrate Earth Day Ever
It's Earth Day! I know, I know, it doesn't look very green out there but let me tell you, there will be trees planted in Corning this Spring... when it comes ;-) And we'd love for you to take a few minutes right now to do one of two simple things that will help us out! First, celebrate Earth Day by donating to the Corning Street Tree Project. You can do that by clicking on this link to the Community Foundation's donate page. Click on the "Choose a fund" dropdown menu and find us under "C" for Corning Street Tree Project Fund. It costs us about $175 to plant a tree here in Corning. We would love your financial support... consider sponsoring a portion of a tree! Even $10 will help us get towards our goal of revitalizing and maintaining our city's urban forest!
